All policies are administered through authorized third-party administrators as specified in the customer’s contract.

3. Website Use & User Obligations

6. Claims Process

Claims are handled by the administrator listed in the customer’s contract.

To file a claim, customers must:

• Contact the administrator before repairs are made

• Provide contract details and vehicle information

• Have repairs performed by an approved or licensed repair facility

Unauthorized repairs or repairs completed without prior authorization may not be covered.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms are described in the individual service contract.

• Customers may cancel within the contract’s specified cancellation period for a full or prorated refund

• After the cancellation window, refunds may vary depending on usage, claims, and contract terms

• Administrative fees may apply

Customers must follow the cancellation instructions in their contract to ensure proper processing.

• Pre-existing conditions or issues not covered under the contract
