Here’s Everything You Should Know

Learn more about America’s Auto Service LLC and available vehicle service contract options in one place. We sell vehicle service contracts that may help cover certain mechanical breakdowns after a manufacturer’s warranty expires.

Coverage details, repair benefits, claims handling, and payment information are determined by the independent third-party provider administering the contract.

Our team is available to provide general information and guidance so you can review available options and make informed decisions.

Does my car qualify for a Vehicle Service Contract?

Most vehicles under 20 years old with fewer than 200,000 miles qualify, as long as they’re in original condition. Our team can quickly confirm your eligibility.

Do I really need an vehicle service contract (auto protection plan)?

Even the most reliable vehicles can develop mechanical issues over time, and modern repairs can be costly. An extended auto warranty helps protect you from unexpected expenses after your manufacturer’s coverage ends. When a covered repair is needed, you typically pay a small deductible while the plan covers the rest.
In many cases, one major repair can offset the cost of the warranty. Plus, a transferable plan may boost your vehicle’s resale value and provide added peace of mind as your car ages.

Do I need an Extended Auto Warranty if I am still covered by the manufacturer?

Factory warranties don’t last forever, but an extended auto warranty can keep your vehicle protected after the original coverage expires. A single major repair can cost thousands, while the right plan may cover that expense. Transferable coverage can also increase your car’s resale value by giving future buyers added peace of mind.
The best time to buy extended coverage is while your vehicle is still under its factory warranty. You’ll usually pay less and avoid any gaps in protection—saving money and ensuring continuous coverage.

What is an extended auto warranty, also known as a auto protection plan?

Even the most dependable vehicles can develop mechanical problems over time, and today’s advanced systems make repairs more expensive than ever. An extended auto warranty helps protect you from unexpected costs once your manufacturer’s coverage ends. With plans backed by reputable providers, you typically pay a small deductible for covered repairs while the rest is handled for you.
Often, just one major repair can outweigh the cost of the warranty. A transferable plan may also boost your vehicle’s resale value. As your car ages and repair needs increase, an extended warranty offers peace of mind by helping cover costly issues like brake or transmission repairs—potentially saving you thousands over time

What is covered under my plan?

Our plans cover parts, labor, towing, roadside assistance, discounts on regualr everyday maintenance, like oil changes, break pads & shoes, battery replacement, fluid flushes,  a safety inspection, and more. Coverage options vary based on your vehicle and driving needs, so speak with a Protection Specialist to find the right plan for you. We cover most vehicles up to 20 years old and/or 200,000 miles, depending on make and model. Call us at (800) 273-5638  to learn more.

Can I transfer my service contract to another person if I sell my vehicle?

No, as each vehicle has different mileage, age, condition, and repair history, the contracts are created specifically for each vehicle. This guarantees that each vehicle gets the appropriate level of protection. That said, we do offer a discount when you cover more than one vehicle in a household

What are my responsibilities to ensure the coverage stays valid?

It is mandatory to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and retain receipts of all scheduled maintenance. Also, you must be out of the waiting period to file a claim, as per the contract. Misuse, neglect, or modification of the vehicle during the contract term is not allowed.

What is the process to decide if a claim will be paid?

Firstly, check if the part is covered in your coverage plan. If you have any questions, feel free to reach our customer service department at (800) 273-5638. Then, your mechanic will diagnose the cause of the breakdown and contact the claims department to start your repair.

Is it possible for me to make multiple payments?

Yes, contact Payment Processing at (800) 273-5638, and we will assist you in arranging multiple payments for your account.

Is it mandatory for me to opt-in for automatic monthly payments?

To make sure that the coverage remains active in case of breakdowns, contracts are usually set up for automatic monthly payments.

Is it possible for me to skip a payment?

Skipping a payment is generally not allowed under the contract to ensure that the coverage remains active in case of breakdowns. But under our term policies we allow 2 deferrals within a 24 month span but they have to be 6 months apart.

Is it possible to alter my due date for payments?

If you are current on payments, we can change your due date. Contact Payment Processing at (800) 273-5638, and they will assist you.
